Slovakia: the EC has stressed the urgent need for mobile termination rates to be based on costs

Author: [EC] In a letter to the Slovak telecoms regulator, while welcoming the regulator’s intentions, the Commission stressed that there was an urgent need to implement cost-oriented termination rates.
The Commission also reminded TÚSR that termination rates should be set on the basis of the costs of an efficient operator employing efficient technology.
